We have a great opportunity for an Account Coordinator working in the Santa Clara, California location. In this role you will:
Manage logistics of customer field service engineering equipment
Create and monitor daily reports
Monitor and maintain our internal database
Coordinate all aspects of on-site calibrations; monitor and track compliance items
Pick-up and deliver equipment to customer site
Ensure calibrations were performed as requested then document, verify, and uploaded information in our internal database
Interact and support our customer’s team
Conduct thorough inventory and document findings
As an Account Coordinator you must possess:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Prior work experience in customer facing settings
Reliable transportation, this position requires 30-40% travel to and from customer site
And we would prefer:
Knowledge of test equipment
Professional office dress.
