We have a great opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team in the Pleasanton, California location. You will be the primary contact for mid to top tier customers maintaining high levels of customer support and responsiveness

In this role you will:

  • Work with the lab and management to assist in customer requests and requirements 
  • Track key metrics to generate reports and presentations for performance reviews with assigned accounts
  • Participate in weekly customer service meetings to discuss process, procedures and customer issues
  • Perform annual account reviews
  • Assist management and sales with pricing for assigned customers
  • Work with customer service team to manage monthly recall process for assigned accounts
  • Work to identify growth opportunities with assigned accounts by identifying new areas of opportunity
  • Meet with customers, as needed



As an Account Manager you must possess:

*Associates Degree or High School diploma, GED, or equivalent with 2 years experience in related field.

*Experience in a similar customer service role.

*Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

*Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening skills.

*Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workload.


And we would prefer:

*Prior experience with pricing and quoting.

*Experience working in an ERP and CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) system.

*Prior experience engaging with employees and customers at all levels.

*Experience presenting to groups is a plus.

*Previous work experience in metrology or other technical service industry.
