We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join our team in either Charlotte, NC OR Atlanta (Alpharetta), GA.  

In this role you will:

* Supervise our customer service and logistics team in the Southeast 

* Provide guidance in handling difficult or complex problems, and in resolving escalated complaints or disputes

* Analyze processes and continuously improve policies and practices to ensure efficiency

* Be the voice of the customer to executive management and voice of company back to the customer

* Monitor and measure customer satisfaction on a regular basis

 

QUALIFICATIONS

As a Customer Service Manager you must possess:

*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related area OR equivalent work experience

*Prior experience in a similar customer service role to include duties such as quoting, invoicing and scheduling

*Proficient in Microsoft Office  - EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint

*Understanding of costing methodologies to provide accurate quoting

*Must have demonstrated organizational & prioritization skills

*Strong written and verbal communication skills

*Must be able to travel

 

And we would prefer:

*Proven management experience in a customer service role preferably in a service related field

*Previous work experience in the metrology or technical service industry
