We have a great opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team!  This position supports the Central and South East US Region and can be based out of either our Dallas, Texas; Hartland, Michigan; or Atlanta, Georgia locations.

 

In this role you will:

* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.  

* Manage the quotation process for all online, phone, and email leads.

* Generate all new customer quotations and follow-up within 24 hours or less.

* Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.

* Maintain all client information in our client relationship management tool.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

As an Inside Sales Representative you must possess:

*High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

*Previous experience in a similar role

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*Strong prospecting skills

*Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office

 

And we would prefer:

*Solid negotiation and closing capabilities

*Previous work experience in at technical service industry is a plus.

*Experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)
