We have a great opportunity for a CMM Operator - Calibration Technician (Resident Professional) to join our team at a key customer on-site in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area.

In this role you will:

* Perform First Article, Gage R & R, and Validation, preformed with LK Coordinate Measuring Machine with the Camio Software, and other inspection equipment needed to implement the Verification.

* Perform calibrations on general mechanical equipment , such as torque wrenches and various hand tools.

* Interact with the customer to determine needs relating to traceability, adequacy of standards and test procedures utilized by Trescal, Inc., as well as, for items requiring repair or limited calibration. 



As a (Resident Professional) you must possess:

*High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

*Experience utilizing tools and gauges including Calipers, Micrometers, Comparators, Height and Thread Gauges

*A minimum of 2 years of experience operating a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)

*Ability to read and interpret drawings and understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) a plus

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office - including EXCEL, Word, Outlook

*Ability to work independently

*Strong communication skills 

*Excellent Customer Service skills 

*Very good organizational skills, meticulous with details


And although not required, our target candidate would have the following:

*Prior training and experience with LK Camino Measuring Software

*Experience working in a manufacturing environment

*Basic understanding of Mechanical tool calibration

*Prior experience Calibrating Physical Dimensional Test & Measurement Equipment

*GagePack knowledge
