We have a great opportunity for a current Mobile Operations Team Member to move into the role of Mobile Coordination Supervisor. This position can be based in either Manassas, VA, Chandler, AZ or Elizabeth City, N.C.


In this role you will have the following responsibilities and report to the Mobile Operations Manager:

  1.  Responsible for the initiation of all Mobile On-sites either recurring or new. 

Recurring Mobile On-sites:

  • Send recall notice and Service Agreement for current calendar year onsites
  • Inquire and update customer contact information
  • Notify currently assigned sales representative of pending onsite
  • Receive and send customer equipment list for review
  • Provide P&L to Mobile Manager/Quote onsite after review

New Mobile On-sites (New Sales):

  • Receive list from Sales and send list for review to technical team
  • Initiate service agreement and account application with Sales
  • Assign Mobile account to MCC(Mobile Calibration Coordinator)
  • Provide P&L to Mobile Manager/Quote onsite after review


  1.  Oversee progression of all ongoing MCL On-sites, reporting to Mobile Manager
  2. Reviewing/auditing all closed on-sites and updating calendar for future recurrence
  3. Track and elevate any On-site customer issues to Mobile Operations Manager
  4. Working with Sales staff and Mobile Operations Manager to streamline existing customer base and coordinate new MCL opportunities.

This position will perform the above duties and will be the direct reporting official for MCC’s (Mobile Calibration Coordinators).  Mobile Calibration administrators and MCT (Mobile Calibration Technicians) will report to Mobile Operations Manager



*Prior experience as a Mobile Coordinator or in a similar role

*Strong Communication skills including written, verbal and listening skills

*Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Internet Research and database management

*Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability

*Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workload
