We have a great opportunity for a Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team in the Hartland, Michigan location. In this role you will:

* Process payroll for all locations and maintain payroll system with accurate information.

* Administer various HR plans and procedures for all company employees; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.

* Perform benefit administration to include carrier online administration, problem resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees.

* Maintain HR information / records / files and complies reports.



As a Payroll & HR Administrator you must possess:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources

* One to three years of experience in a related field

* Previous payroll experience

* Microsoft Excel experience

And we would prefer:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources

* Experience with Paylocity

* Previous work experience in the metrology service industry
