We have a great opportunity for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at our customer on-site in the San Diego, California area.  If you enjoy working in a dynamic, rapidly changing and fun work environment - come join our team!

 

In this role you will provide an exceptional customer service experience by:

*Performing daily database maintenance

*Pulling reports 

*Updating equipment status in ERP

*Maintaining all calibration documentation records

*Performing Inventory Services 

*Supporting Customer with E3® online Asset

*Taking responsibility for the logistics management of our customers equipment needing third party services

* Interacting and providing daily support to our customer's team

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

*High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.

*Previous experience in a similar customer facing role preferably in a technical service industry.

*Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and listening skills.

*Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point and EXCEL), Internet Research, ERP (SAP experience preferred).

*Ability to provide exceptional experiences to our customers by researching and providing accurate answers/solutions to their inquiries.

*Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workload.

*Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

 

And we would prefer:

*Military (TMDE or PMEL or electronics) training or experience OR AS Degree in electronics OR equivalent training, education and work experience

*Previous work experience in the metrology, calibration or other technical service industry

*A strong candidate will have a technical aptitude 

*Prior experience providing documentation review
